We would like to congratulate all of the state qualifiers at the 2012-2013 Colorado Middle School State Championships. We are excited to see Fort Lupton, Pueblo, Alamosa experience an increase in wrestling participation in their regions. Our top region once again was on the Western Slope at Fruita Monument hosted by Director Dan VanHoose. A special thanks to Matt Smith in Loveland and Eli Jaramillo for doing a great job this season.

Since we began five years ago, RMN Events has raised nearly $100,000 with the six regionals for their high school program. We would like to thank the coaches, parents, wrestlers and supporters that made all of this happen. We are looking forward to another great state championship this weekend.

In a conversation with Tim Yount at this year's Colorado high school state finals at the Pepsi Center, he was sure to mention that without fail, the wrestlers who place at this particular tournament, went on to have an impact immediately entering their freshman season in his rankings and fared well the high school state tournament.

Good luck to this year's state qualifiers and we will see you and keep a close eye on you in the future. To the graduating class in Colorado middle school, it's been a pleasure and an honor to watch you grow and accomplish your goals in your young life. May God bless you and keep you safe and remember to always keep your head up and elbows in...you are headed toward a great future.

Sincerely,

Ed Gutierrez

Wrestler List released March 26th at noon.

THe Wrestlers List will give everyone an idea who will be in their bracket with their seeding position. In the past we have created brackets at this point and released them, however, it has resulted in re-bracketing to adjust for no-shows and wrestlers who do not make weight, at the end of the day it causes a lot of confusion for those who may be effected by bracket changes.

The Schedule is posted but for your convenience, please remember the following
Weigh ins begin at 2:00 p.m.
Opening Ceremonies start at 5:15 p.m.

Good luck at State and we look forward to seeing all of you this weekend.

Please don't hesitate to email us if you can't reach us on the telephone. We appreciate your support and we plan to work hard to meet your expectations this weekend. Good luck!

Sincerely,

Ed Gutierrez
